The fine print, in plain English

Tripea is a travel agency. We find vacation packages, let you reserve one with a small deposit, and hold the price while you pay the balance over time. We are not a lender and we do not issue credit.
A hold is a deposit that reserves your trip at the quoted price. It is applied to the total cost of your trip. A hold is confirmed only after a Tripea specialist speaks with you and you approve the final itinerary and price in writing.
Once your trip is confirmed we agree on a payment schedule with you. Payments are interest-free — the price you approve is the price you pay. The full balance must be paid before the supplier's final payment date, which we tell you up front and put in your confirmation.
You may cancel within 14 days of confirming your trip for a full refund of everything you have paid, including the hold, as long as the trip departs more than 30 days later. After that window, supplier cancellation terms apply and are stated in your confirmation before you pay anything. If Tripea or the supplier cancels, you are refunded in full.
Prices shown on this site are starting prices per person and depend on dates, occupancy and availability. They can change until a hold is confirmed. Taxes and fees are shown before you approve a trip.
When you request a callback you give us your name, email and phone number so a specialist can contact you. We handle that data as described in our Privacy Policy, and we only send marketing messages if you ticked the consent box.
You are responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccinations and entry requirements for your destination. We will tell you what we know, but the final responsibility is yours.
If we change these terms, the terms in force when you confirmed your trip are the ones that apply to that trip.
